  • Dr. Robin Armstrong

    CHIROPRACTOR

    Dr. Robin Armstrong has a passion for helping her patients live pain free and more active lives. She combines over 15 years of experience as a Chiropractor with her background as a former personal trainer, Kinesiologist, and yoga instructor to help people overcome their back and neck pain and get back to enjoying life.

    As a working mom to two boys, as well as a masters athlete (swim, run, triathlon) who still enjoys competing, she understands what it means when an injury becomes a distraction or prevents you from getting to work or doing the things you love to do.

    Using the experience she has gained from treating thousands of patients' spinal problems, she prioritizes getting you out of pain quickly, naturally, with a focus on preventing the issue from returning.

  • Dr. Jody Freedman

    CHIROPRACTOR

    Dr. Jody Freedman is a doctor of chiropractic with a passion for helping people feel and function at their very best. Following his graduation from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2005, he began developing a unique blend of manual therapy combining traditional Chiropractic with modern soft tissue & exercise techniques. He has since used this comprehensive approach to help thousands of patients overcome their back, neck and sports injuries.

    Whether you’ve got a nagging injury or are simply looking to improve your health and physical performance, Dr. Freedman will perform a thorough assessment, identify the source of your problem, and work with you to develop a body that feels and functions as it should.

    When not in the office, you can find Dr. Freedman bringing his passion for health & wellness into the workplace. He performs Office Ergonomics workshops and assessments at workplaces throughout the lower mainland. In his spare time, he is also an avid runner, traveler, and dad to two young active boys.

  • Heather Good

    REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST (RMT)

    Heather specializes in Deep Tissue Therapy, a form of Registered Massage Therapy which uses firm pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It’s used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Heather is a is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.
